OUR RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance

The Arrows N Archers Retreat is organised by Arrowsnarchers. These terms and conditions, together with the website description sales page the agreement between you and ArrowsNarchers. By booking a retreat ticket,  these terms are acceptable to you.

2. Arrows N Archers Retreats are for Parents- 18 years and older who are responsible for any child in tow.

2.1  An application by you for attendance on a Arrowsnarchers Retreat may be subject to written acceptance by Arrowsnarchers. Arrowsnarchers reserves the right to refuse an application for attendance.

2.2. In order to get the most from the Arrowsnarchers retreat, please arrive promptly and attend each session in full.

2.3. Where your conduct is unacceptable (in Arrowsnarchers’s reasonable opinion), we reserve the right to request that you leave the Arrowsnarchers Retreat. No refund of fees will be made.

2.4. Arrowsnarchers will be entitled to change the venue and make minor changes to the timing and content of any Arrowsnarchers Retreat. In the unlikely event we have to replace our speaker, we shall make every effort to ensure the replacement speaker has similar expertise to the one advertised.

3. Fees

3.1. Deposits are non-refundable except as set out under Refunds and Cancellations or where your application to attend a Arrowsnarchers Retreat  is not accepted by us.

3.2. Following acceptance of your application, you must pay the full amount of the fees in accordance to the automated payment plan before the start of the Arrowsnarchers Retreat

3.3. If fees are not paid by the due date, Arrowsnarchers will be entitled to re-allocate your place. You shall remain liable for the fees although we may, at our discretion, refund you a proportion of the fees where we have been able to reallocate your place.

3.4 Any extra drinks, meals not covered by the package included, photocopying. or personal choices such as spa treatments or taxi fees will be covered by you and not Arrowsnarchers

4. Refunds and cancellation

4.1. Due to the nature and planning of our events refunds are currently not available. 

4.2. Bookings are not transferable to another date for another retreat. Your reservation is transferable if you find your own replacement for the retreat you are paid for. It is not the responsibility of Arrowsnarchers to find you a replacement if you can no longer attend. Payment arrangements will need to be made between you and your replacement for reservations already paid. If you are sharing a room with someone on the retreat this also applies, please find a replacement for your space once you agree with your room mate as the Retreat cost is per head and not per room.

4.3. Arrowsnarchers may cancel any Arrowsnarchers Retreat at any time prior to its commencement. Except as set out in clause 4.4 below, Arrowsnarchers will repay any fees received from you in respect of the relevant Arrowsnarchers Retreat Retreat or you can transfer your booking to another Arrowsnarchers retreat date. Please note that Arrowsnarchers will not refund travel costs for cancelled Retreats.

4.4. There is no entitlement to a refund where Arrowsnarchers is forced to cancel part or all of a Arrowsnarchers Retreat due to reasons beyond our reasonable control. However, refunds may be paid at Arrowsnarchers discretion.

4.5. We regret we cannot offer refunds where we have to change speakers or venues.

5. Feedback and Complaints

5.1. Arrowsnarchers Retreats are designed to provide an enjoyable quality experience for those attending. In the event of a complaint please make your complaint in writing and sent to joy@arrowsnarchers.com  within 7 days of the Arrowsnarchers Retreat Ending. We take any complaint seriously and will aim to investigate and respond as quickly as possible and in any event within 28 days.

6. Liability & Damages

6.1. Nothing excludes or limits Arrowsnarchers’s liability for personal injury or death due to its negligence.

6.2. Please ensure you take care of your personal possessions as Arrowsnarchers cannot accept any liability for them.

6.3. Arrowsnarchers will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any equipment or personal belongings brought onto the property by you resulting from any events which are beyond the reasonable control of Arrowsnarchers.

6.4. Subject to the above, Arrowsnarchers liability to you is limited to the fees you have actually paid for the relevant Arrowsnarchers Retreat.

6.5 You are responsible for your allocated room during the period of the retreat. Any damage to your room or their contents incurred as a result of the acts, omissions or default on the part of you may result in a charge to remedy such damage. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any property or equipment owned by the Venue by the negligence, wilful act or default of any such person.

7. Data

We will hold your data in accordance with Arrowsnarchers privacy policy. We will use the information you have provided to us for the purposes of contacting you with information relating to Arrowsnarchers Retreat and to conduct analysis for the purposes of providing future Arrowsnarchers Retreat.

8. General

8.1. The Contract contains all the terms agreed between you and Arrowsnarchers.

8.2. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this agreement.
