How is the event organised

This is a paid online event hosted on zoom for registered attendees.

Can I register for More Than one Person?

Each person will need to register individually. You can register for someone if you have their email address and payment details.

Can I pay in Instalments?

The conference will run for only day. Therefore tickets purchased will only be for one day.

Who can attend this Conference?

This is a Christian Parenting Conference.  However, many areas covered will be generally applicable.

Is my ticket transferable?

If for any reason you are unable to attend the conference and you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please send us an email at hello@arrowsnarchers.com with your registration details and the details of the person you want to transfer it to, so we can add them to the list. Please bear in mind that there are no refunds for tickets.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, please. You can update the information on your order by clicking on “order details” in your ticket information. If you are unable to update it, simply send us an email at hello@arrowsnarchers.com with your new information details, and we will update it for you.

Will it be a problem if the name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the delegate?

For organizational purposes, please note that only individuals with registered names and email addresses will be allowed in the meeting room.
